At age 22, I kicked off my career in marketing by working my first job as a summer intern for an award winning-PR firm. That’s where I worked on projects for household brands such as Kirkland's and Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

But I decided the agency life wasn’t for me and found myself longing to return home to Kentucky after attending college in Nashville. That’s when I stumbled upon the opportunity of becoming an entrepreneur. I thought, “If I can do marketing for one business, I wonder if I could get a few more clients and turn this side-gig into a full-fledged business?”

And as they say, the rest is history. 

A few years later, I discovered digital ads and became fascinated by the possibilities they offered. But they were also the biggest challenge I had yet to overcome in marketing. 

As a newbie to the ad space, I needed clients to build a portfolio and could only get startups to take a chance on me. Little did I know at the time, I was being setup for failure as these startups weren’t ready to run ads. They didn’t have a proven offer, have any idea who their ideal customer was or have an established funnel they knew would convert if only the right people entered it.
I worked harder than I ever had with little to show for it but years later, I learned exactly what a business needed to have established to be successful with ads. And as hard as that lesson was to learn, it paid off tenfold for my clients today. 

Fast forward, and I was offered a coaching position where I taught dozens of online business owners how to use ads to scale their businesses. It felt like I was drinking from a water hose, consuming all I was learning about how marketing worked for online businesses and watching these business owners apply my ad strategies to see fast results. But it was the best way for me to dive in, head first, into running digital ads for online businesses. 

I saw what was possible and haven’t looked back since. These businesses were actively adding high quality leads to their email lists and generating sales that was impacting their businesses bottom lines. And I loved to see the impact my ad strategies were making. 

That coaching position ended in 2022 and that’s when I decided that I was going to niche my business down and only offer digital ad services to online coaches and course creators. 

Since then, I’ve watched a client reach her first 6-figure revenue year, a client go from $55k average revenue from live launches to $170k generated from her Jan 2025 launch, and added $3 million in lead value to another client’s business for their sales team to close. 

It’s been the journey of a lifetime to play a small part in helping these businesses find success and now, I want to do the same for you.
